There are regular trains from  Paris:

There is the bullet train (TGV) via Toulouse followed by a correspondence with the local train (TER) to Najac which is only 10 minutes from our center.  

There are also Corail trains that stop at  Villefranche de Rouergue which is only 20 minutes away from the center.  This usually involves a  correspondance at Brive La Gaillard and/ or Capdenac.   

Flights :

The closest airport is in Toulouse, but inexpensive charter flights can sometimes be  found to Albi or Rodez.
